The new baroque orchestra berlin was established in 2008 and works project oriented with a repertoire ranging from Renaissance and early Baroque to early Romanticism.
Even unusual and rarely performed productions are revived by the new baroque orchestra berlin – like the Christmas Oratorio by Antonio Casimiro Cartellieri (1772 – 1807), in the Berlin premiere which was entrusted to the new baroque orchestra berlin.
The new baroque orchestra berlin can be heard regularly in the major concert halls of Berlin, including Berlin Philharmonie and Konzerthaus Berlin, and other venues in Germany.
The new baroque orchestra berlin is a regular partner of various choirs and conductors and develops its own programs.
In addition to performing in the orchestra, the members also meet in chamber music ensembles as soloist of the new baroque orchestra berlin, both in Germany and abroad. Just recently the artists went on a concert tour to Turkey.
