The baroque opera “Acis and Galathea” is a project with young, professional artists.
music in progress is responsible here for project management, production, marketing and press relations.
The musical gem has already been performed with great success in Hamburg, Lower Saxony and Berlin and received excellent reviews.
The opera is performed in the two-act version from 1739 on historical instruments and in historical performance practice with seven musicians and five singers.
As a special feature, a dancer has been incorporated into the production.
